Location: Remote (Must be available during Central Time)

Shift: Monday to Friday, 4 hours per day (Graveyard Shift)
Compensation: $4 per hour, paid weekly
Job Description:
We are an agency currently seeking a highly organized and proactive Real Estate Social Media and Admin Assistant to support one of our clients. This role is ideal for someone who excels in social media management and has robust administrative experience in the real estate sector. The assistant will be responsible for creating engaging content using Canva, managing client databases in Google Docs and Follow Up Boss, and carrying out various administrative tasks as dictated by client needs.
Responsibilities:
• Design and schedule daily social media posts using Canva.
• Maintain and update client information using Google Docs and Follow Up Boss.
• Engage with our audience on various social media platforms to boost interaction and brand visibility.
• Prepare reports and presentations as required.
• Perform other administrative duties as assigned, based on the client’s specific needs.
Requirements:
• Must be willing to work with an agency and accommodate the varying needs of our clients.
• Proven experience as a Real Estate Admin Assistant.
• Experience in managing social media platforms and creating content.
• Proficient in using Canva, Google Docs, and Follow Up Boss.
• Excellent time management and organizational skills.
• Ability to work independently on a fixed schedule during graveyard hours.
• Strong communication skills and attention to detail.
Technical Requirements:
• Must have a primary and a backup desktop and/or laptop with an Intel i3 processor or higher.
• Reliable internet connection with at least 5MBPS for both upload and download speeds.
• Noise-cancelling headset.
