Job Description:

We are searching for a “super-talent” to join us as our Content and Webinar Manager The successful candidate will collaborate closely with our Leadership team to shape and drive comprehensive marketing plans, manage our social media presence, execute impactful email campaigns, and manage others as the team expands. This person must be extremely organized and have a meticulous eye for content creation and implementation.

Requirements:

Bachelor’s degree in Marketing Management, Advertising, Multimedia art, Business, or a related field
Minimum of 3 years of US real estate marketing experience.
Proficiency with a range of real estate platforms is advantageous, including Zoho, Canva, Facebook, Workplace, Instagram, LinkedIn, and Task Management platforms.
High-speed internet connection of at least 100 Mbps.
A relatively new computer with a minimum of 16GB RAM and a high-speed processor.
Dual monitors.
Good quality headset.
A non-distracting homework environment.

Content Creation:
Develop high-quality, engaging, and relevant content for various channels, including blogs, social media, email campaigns, and website.
Collaborate with COO and cross-functional teams to gather information and insights for content development.
Ensure consistency in brand messaging and tone across all content.
Webinar Management:
Plan, coordinate, and execute webinars from conception to completion.
Collaborate with internal teams and external partners to identify webinar topics and speakers.
Create webinar content, including presentations, scripts, and promotional materials.
Manage technical aspects of webinars, including platform setup, testing, and troubleshooting.
Monitor and analyze webinar performance metrics to optimize future events.
Promotion and Distribution:
Develop strategies to promote content and webinars through various channels, including social media, email, and partnerships.
Work closely with the marketing team to integrate content and webinar promotion into broader marketing campaigns.
Leverage SEO best practices to increase content visibility and reach.
Audience Engagement:
Foster audience engagement through interactive content and Q&A sessions during webinars.
Monitor and respond to audience feedback and questions, both during and after webinars.
Implement strategies to grow and nurture the audience for content and webinars.
Analysis and Reporting:
Track and analyze the performance of content and webinars using relevant metrics and analytics tools.
Provide regular reports to stakeholders with insights and recommendations for improvement.
Continuously optimize content and webinar strategies based on data-driven insights.
