Job Description

We are looking for a real estate specialist to join our team for one of our clients; a real estate company focused on delivering exceptional values and quality housing. We are on the lookout for an experienced Virtual Assistant with a specialization in real estate tasks such as cold calling to join our dedicated team.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Property Research and Acquisition:
– Use online platforms and databases to identify off-market properties and potential investment opportunities.
– Analyze property values and assess potential profitability.
– Provide detailed reports on findings, including ownership details, property history, market comparisons, etc.

2. Cold Calling and Lead Generation:
– Engage in cold calling to property owners to discuss potential sales or partnership opportunities.
– Utilize lead generation tools and software to source potential leads.
– Ensure all leads are logged accurately in our CRM system, with detailed notes.

3. Lead Follow-Up:
– Maintain regular communication with leads to nurture potential opportunities.
– Schedule and coordinate meetings, viewings, or calls between leads and the real estate team.
– Manage the lead conversion process, ensuring that potential leads are transformed into valuable opportunities.

4. Property Management Support (Preferred but not required):
– Assist in coordinating property maintenance requests and liaising with vendors.
– Help with tenant communication for any property-related inquiries.
– Assist in the preparation of rental agreements, leases, and other property management documents.

5. Administrative Tasks:
– Update and manage the real estate CRM, ensuring all client and lead information is accurate.
– Schedule meetings, viewings, and property visits for the real estate team.
– Assist in the preparation and dissemination of marketing materials and listings.

Required Skills & Experience:

– Proven experience as a virtual assistant or administrative support in the real estate sector.
– Familiarity with the U.S. real estate market and trends.
– Experience with cold calling and lead generation techniques.
– Strong analytical skills for property research and acquisition tasks.
– Proficiency in real estate software, CRMs, and lead generation tools.
– Exceptional communication skills, both verbal and written.
– Self-starter with the ability to work independently and prioritize tasks.

Preferred Qualifications:

– Experience in property management.
– Knowledge of the property sales process, from lead generation to closing.
– Familiarity with U.S. property laws and regulations.
