Our Inside Sales Agent works in a fast-paced sales environment as part of our Sales Team. Our Inside Sales Agent interacts with a variety of sellers in acquiring their property for our investors.

WHAT YOU WILL DO:
-Manages and oversees a team of call center agents.
– Motivates and supports agents through feedback and communication.
– Measures KPIs like inbound calls, call waiting and call abandonment.
– Improves quality of results by recommending changes.
– Provides product/service information by answering questions and offering assistance.
– Keep track of employee attendance, and make sure work procedures are complied with.
– Assist in hiring and onboarding new employees.
-Prepares monthly and annual performance reports.
-Creates targets and goals for improvement.

REQUIREMENTS YOU NEED:
1+ year of inside Supervisor experience, cold calling experience and/or prior sales experience (real estate experience is a plus!)
1+ year of effective, polished communication skills on the phone)
Coachable and eager to learn.
Inspired by the opportunity to earn income based on performance.
A structured mindset focused on setting goals and exceeding expectations.
Tech-savvy with knowledge of relevant computer programs and telephone equipment
Ability to remain calm and respectful under pressure.
Exceptional customer service expertise
Proficiency in the English language
Strong verbal and written communication skills
Organizational skills and attention to detail
Familiarity with quality assurance and data analysis software
Excellent negotiation and problem-solving skills

To excel in this role, you’ll need:
Follow work schedule of – Monday – Friday 9AM – 7PM EST
A reliable laptop/desktop with a powerful 4 GB RAM and i3 processor
Dual Screen for monitoring multiple tabs.
A stable internet connection (minimum 20 MBPS) to stay connected.
A reliable backup internet source (pocket wifi) to overcome any connectivity hurdles.
A USB noise-canceling headset to immerse yourself in successful conversations.

Compensation package:
Earn 7.00 USD/ Hour + Bonuses.
