* Manage property listings on Airbnb to maximize booking potential.
* Regularly update property information, availability calendars, and pricing strategies.
* Devise and implement strategies to enhance property visibility and ranking on online platforms.
* Create and execute social media and email marketing campaigns to attract guests and fill property vacancies.
* Provide support for marketing initiatives, including sending emails to potential guests and managing social media uploads.
* Serve as a vacation rental expert with a focus on marketing, ensuring a seamless combination of technical proficiency and marketing experience.
* Leverage technical skills to comprehensively manage all facets of vacation rental operations, including research, documentation, contracts, financial transactions, and financial documentation.
* Employ marketing analytics to assess campaign performance and make informed, data-driven decisions.
* Stay abreast of industry trends and implement innovative marketing approaches for continuous improvement.
* Engage with customers and clients to address inquiries, provide information, and promptly troubleshoot issues.
* Uphold a high level of customer service to ensure positive guest experiences.
* Contribute to role evolution by identifying opportunities for improvement in property performance and customer satisfaction.

* Expand lead generation efforts through various channels, including online databases, networking events, and partnerships.
* Qualify leads based on specific criteria, such as property type, location, condition, and seller motivation.
* Build and maintain a network of industry contacts to stay updated on market trends and opportunities.
* Handle property management-related issues and ensure compliance with property-specific requirements.
* Develop and maintain efficient systems and Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) to streamline operations.
* Serve as a versatile general administrative support, offering assistance in day-to-day operations, providing comprehensive support in storage business tasks, and functioning as a tech-savvy virtual assistant with the ability to manage property rentals.

* A minimum of 2 years of demonstrated expertise in vacation rental management, deal sourcing, and lead generation, with a preference for experience in the USA market.
* Experience in real estate investment and property management is a significant plus.
* Demonstrate technical skills and a mindset, leveraging expertise in vacation rentals in the United States.
* Proficiency in administrative tasks, including email management, calendar coordination, task management, research, and financial documentation.
* Ability to create and implement efficient systems and SOPs.
* Profound proficiency in navigating Airbnb, Vrbo, Hospitable, and PriceLabs platforms.
* Extensive marketing expertise and proven experience, coupled with a demonstrated track record of successfully executing impactful social media and email campaigns.
* Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills enabling effective interaction with both customers and clients.
* Adept at promptly troubleshooting and resolving customer inquiries, demonstrating a commitment to timely and efficient service.
