AgentHUB 360 provides a Complete Business Model for solo Realtors. We manage their CRM, Marketing, and Database that integrates into a “forever follow-up” Call Center so that no lead is lost, resulting in more closings for our Clients. Our clients are the top-performing Real Estate Agents in the United States and Canada!

RESPONSIBILITIES:
** CRM management
** Managing listing marketing requests
** Managing Social media posts and ads requests
** Managing Market Report requests
** Creating, managing, and updating our Request Desk Standard Operating Procedures
** Training and Managing as the team expands

QUALIFICATIONS:
****Excellent written communications with the Agent/Clients to provide a positive and clear experience
**Exceptional work ethic, attention to detail, and good at managing timelines
**Tech savvy and able to learn new programs quickly
**Have a high level of accuracy with documents
**Exceptional communication skills both verbal and written
**Strong project management skills
**Self-starter with the ability to work independently
**Leadership experience

REQUIREMENTS:
**Bachelor’s Degree
**Minimum of 3 years of “virtual” Real Estate roles with extensive experience with social media marketing and task management
**Tech-savvy and familiar with a variety of Real Estate platforms a bonus. Nice to have knowledge and experience with any of the following: Zoho, Listings to Leads, , Mailchimp, ChatGPT
** Minimum high-speed internet connection of 50 MBPS
** Relatively new computer with a minimum memory of 8 GB of RAM and processor speed to perform efficiently
** Dual monitors
** Good quality headset
** Non-distracting homework environment
