Position Summary:

We are seeking a highly motivated and versatile Real Estate Marketing and Administrative Coordinator to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing multiple social media accounts, creating and editing content, managing media photographs, and developing various marketing materials. This role also involves customer service, inside sales with cold calling, managing our customer relations management (CRM) system, performing transaction coordinator duties, and executing additional administrative tasks.

Key Responsibilities:

Develop and implement social media strategies to enhance brand visibility and engage with potential clients.
Create, edit, and manage content across various platforms, including social media, website, and print materials.
Handle photography and video editing for marketing purposes and ensure all media aligns with the brand image.
Conduct market research and analysis to support marketing strategies and business development.
Deliver exceptional customer service, addressing inquiries and concerns promptly and professionally.
Execute inside sales activities, including cold calling and lead generation, to build client relationships and drive business growth.
Manage the CRM system efficiently, ensuring accurate tracking of client interactions, sales, and marketing activities.
Coordinate real estate transactions, including liaising with clients, agents, and other stakeholders, ensuring smooth and timely processes.
Perform administrative duties, including scheduling appointments, maintaining records, and managing correspondence.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

Proven experience in social media management, content creation, and marketing material development.
Strong skills in photography and media editing, with an eye for design and detail.
Excellent customer service and communication skills, with the ability to engage effectively with a diverse range of clients.
Solid experience in sales, preferably with a background in inside sales and cold calling.
Proficiency in using CRM systems and understanding of real estate transaction processes.
Highly organized with the ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines.
Self-motivated, with a proactive approach to problem-solving and task management.
Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or related field is preferred.
