Job Summary:
Responsible for identifying, qualifying, and nurturing leads to support the growth of our real estate business. This role involves leveraging various marketing channels, managing CRM systems, and performing follow-up tasks to ensure a steady stream of potential clients.
Key Responsibilities:
• Lead Identification and Research:
o Conduct research to identify potential leads through online sources, social media, and other databases.
o Analyze market trends and demographics to target appropriate leads.
• Lead Qualification:
o Engage with potential leads via email, phone calls, texts, and social media to understand their needs and readiness to buy or sell.
o Qualify leads based on established criteria and pass high-quality leads to the real estate agent with a sense of urgency.
• CRM Management:
o Input and maintain accurate lead information in the CRM system.
o Document any communication with the lead in the system.
o Segment leads for targeted marketing campaigns and follow-ups.
• Email and Social Media Campaigns:
o Assist in creating and sending email campaigns to nurture leads.
o Manage social media accounts, posting regular content and engaging with followers to generate interest.
• Appointment Scheduling:
o Schedule appointments and property showings for the real estate agent.
o Coordinate with potential clients to confirm appointments and provide necessary information.
o Follow up with potential clients for feedback to share with agent.
• Marketing Support:
o Assist in creating marketing materials such as brochures, flyers, and online ads.
o Support the execution of targeted advertising campaigns to attract new leads.
• Data Analysis and Reporting:
o Track and analyze lead generation activities to assess their effectiveness.
o Provide regular reports on lead generation metrics and suggest improvements.
o Obtain updates from real estate agents if needed.
• Customer Relationship Management:
o Maintain regular communication with leads to keep them engaged.
o Follow up with past clients to gather feedback and encourage referrals.
Qualifications:
• Proven experience in lead generation, marketing, or a similar role.
• Familiarity with CRM systems and lead management tools.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills verbally and in writing.
• Strong organizational and time management abilities.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and social media platforms.
• Basic understanding of the real estate market.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Desired Skills:
• Experience with MoxiWorks, RealGeeks, and Brokermint.
• Experience with email marketing platforms (e.g., Mailchimp, Constant Contact).
• Knowledge of SEO and digital marketing strategies.
• Creative writing and content creation skills.
• Experience with graphic design tools (e.g., Canva).
