**Key Responsibilities:**

2. **Candidate Assessment:** Conduct interviews and assessments to evaluate candidates’ skills, experience, and cultural fit within our organization.
3. **Relationship Building:** Develop and nurture relationships with candidates to ensure a positive candidate experience and maintain a strong talent pipeline.
4. **Market Research:** Stay up-to-date with industry trends, competitor analysis, and market insights to inform recruitment strategies.

**Qualifications:**
– Previous experience in real estate recruitment or a related field is preferred.

– Preferred to have knowledge in using the Brivity CRM
