Job Description

We are seeking a highly skilled and versatile individual to join our team as a Real Estate Tech Specialist and Marketing Manager. In this role, you will be responsible for a wide range of tasks related to real estate technology, marketing, and content creation. Your primary responsibilities will include:

1. CRM Transition:
   – Transfer all CRM data from Follow Up Boss to Keller Williams CRM, Command.
   
2. Digital Marketing:
   – Build and manage marketing funnels, including ClickFunnels.
   – Create and manage Google Ads, Facebook Ads, TikTok Ads campaigns.
   
3. Video Editing and Content Creation:
   – Edit videos for our online course hosted on Kajabi.
   – Develop scripting and content creation for course materials.
   
4. Website Development:
   – Design and develop a website with a front-end for investors to view available properties and investment opportunities.
   – Implement a back-end system for property criteria uploads, creating templates, and sending notifications.
   
5. Automated Property Analysis:
   – Develop algorithms to extract property values from sources like Zillow, Redfin, and to provide an average estimate.
   – Incorporate data from for rental income estimation.
   – Utilize DealMachine/PropStream to generate property comparables.
   – Automate the process of generating purchase offers for properties that meet our criteria.
   
6. AI Integration:
   – Incorporate AI technologies into our website and coaching platform to enhance user experience and decision-making processes.
   
Qualifications:
– Strong experience with CRM systems, preferably Follow Up Boss and Keller Williams Command.
– Proficiency in digital marketing, including Google Ads, Facebook Ads, and TikTok Ads.
– Video editing skills and content creation expertise.
– Web development skills, including front-end and back-end development.
– Data analysis skills to automate property valuation and offer generation.
– Knowledge of AI integration in web applications.
– Excellent communication and project management skills.
