**No phone calls please!** This job is for a real estate transaction coordinator. The ideal candidate will have worked in real estate and have experience previously working as a transaction coordinator and working with contracts.

Critical responsibilities for this job are the **ability to follow directions**. Please follow the instructions below. Any candidates not following application instructions will not be considered.

Ideal candidates will be familiar with Zipforms, OTC/TC Workflow, Dotloop, Docusign and MLS platforms.

Please be sure your resume is detailed and outlines your work experience, what states you have worked in, as we will be looking for certain factors when reviewing resumes. This is a Full Time job. It will start out part time for the first month as we are training, but transition to full time as soon as you are fully trained. We are looking for someone long term and full time, exclusively to us. You must be available to work central time zone and work 5 days a week, one of which could be on the weekend. Minimum internet speed of 150mps required (this will be verified periodically) and backup generator/plan required.
