We are on the lookout for a seasoned Real Estate Transaction Coordinator to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate should possess a thorough understanding of the real estate sector, particularly in facilitating transactions for both buyers and sellers. Your expertise in handling related documentation, coupled with your technical proficiency in platforms like DocuSign, Dotloop, and ZipForm will be instrumental in streamlining our processes.
Key Responsibilities:
1. **Transaction Coordination**:
– Facilitate real estate transactions for both buyers and sellers meticulously.
– Prepare and review necessary documents, offers, and agreements ensuring compliance with real estate laws and company policy.
– Coordinate with lenders, title companies, surveyors, appraisers, realtors, and other stakeholders for smooth transaction flow.
2. **Technical Proficiency**:
– Utilize platforms such as DocuSign, Dotloop, and ZipForm for document preparation and signing.
– Manage listings on MLS Matrix ensuring accuracy and timeliness, and oversee the documentation submission to our transaction manager program for brokerage compliance.
3. **Investor Relations**:
– Conduct Comprehensive Market Analysis (COMPS) and calculate After Repair Values (ARV) for off-market investor deals.
4. **Communication and Client Relations**:
– Maintain regular communication with clients via email, text, and phone calls, providing updates throughout the transaction process.
– Create a structured communication system ensuring all stakeholders are informed and aligned.
5. **Operational Efficiency**:
– Develop and implement system flows to enhance operational efficiency and ensure all tasks are completed in a timely manner.
6. **Compliance and Reporting**:
– Ensure all documents are accurately filed and submitted to our transaction manager program to meet brokerage compliance requirements.
Requirements:
– Proven experience as a Real Estate Transaction Coordinator or similar role.
– In-depth knowledge of real estate procedures, documentation, and the home buying/selling process.
– Proficiency in using real estate software applications like DocuSign, Dotloop, ZipForm, and MLS Matrix.
– Exceptional organizational skills with an ability to create efficient workflow systems.
– Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
– Willingness to work in the Central Time Zone and accommodate some weekend work schedules.
