**Job Overview:**
The Real Estate Transaction Coordinator plays a crucial role in ensuring that real estate transactions progress seamlessly from listing to closing. You will be responsible for managing the administrative aspects of the real estate process, including coordinating with clients, agents, buyers and sellers and service providers. If you thrive in a fast-paced environment and have a skill for details, paperwork and organization, this role is perfect for you.

**Key Responsibilities:**

– **Transaction Management:** Oversee and manage all aspects of real estate transactions, ensuring they proceed smoothly from start to finish.
– **Client Communication:** Act as a central point of contact for clients, keeping them informed and updated throughout the transaction process.
– **Document Management:** Maintain and organize transaction documents, contracts, and records in compliance with state and company regulations.
– **Coordinating with Agents:** Work closely with real estate agents, assisting them in ensuring all paperwork and deadlines are met.
– **Service Provider Liaison:** Coordinate with service providers, such as title companies, lenders, inspectors, and appraisers, to ensure timely completion of tasks.
– **Compliance:** Ensure transactions adhere to local and state regulations and company policies.
– **Problem Solving:** Address and resolve any issues or challenges that may arise during the transaction process.
– **Reporting:** Prepare and provide regular updates to agents, clients, and management on transaction status.

**Qualifications:**

– High school diploma or equivalent (Associate’s or Bachelor’s degree a plus).
– Real estate transaction coordination experience is highly desirable.
– Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
– Excellent communication and interpersonal skills? MUST have excellent English and be confident on the phone.
– Proficiency in real estate transaction software and document management systems.
– Ability to manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.
– Familiarity with real estate contracts and legal requirements.
– Strong problem-solving skills and adaptability.
