Job Description

Position Overview: We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Remote Real Estate Transaction Coordinator to join our team. As a Transaction Coordinator, you will be responsible for overseeing and managing all aspects of real estate transactions, ensuring smooth and efficient processes from contract to closing. This is a remote position that requires excellent communication skills, exceptional multitasking abilities, and a strong understanding of the real estate industry.
Responsibilities:
1. Transaction Management: Manage and coordinate real estate transactions from the time a contract is signed until the closing is completed.
2. Documentation and Paperwork: Review, prepare, and organize all necessary transaction documents, including contracts, addendums, disclosures, and closing documents.
3. Communication: Serve as the primary point of contact for all parties involved in the transaction, including buyers, sellers, agents, lenders, and attorneys, providing regular updates and maintaining open lines of communication.
4. Deadline Tracking: Track important deadlines and ensure all parties involved are aware of and meet their obligations in a timely manner.
5. Compliance: Ensure all transactions adhere to legal and regulatory requirements, including state and federal laws, as well as company policies and procedures.
6. Data Management: Maintain accurate and organized transaction records and files, utilizing appropriate software and systems.
7. Problem Resolution: Identify and address any issues or obstacles that may arise during the transaction process, collaborating with relevant parties to find effective solutions.
8. Post-Closing Activities: Coordinate post-closing activities, such as obtaining client testimonials, sending surveys, and managing feedback.
9. Market Research: Stay up-to-date with industry trends, market conditions, and changes in real estate laws and regulations, and share relevant information with team members.
Requirements:
1. Experience: Proven experience as a Transaction Coordinator or similar role in the real estate industry.
2. Remote Work Skills: Strong self-discipline and the ability to work independently in a remote environment, meeting deadlines and managing multiple tasks effectively.
3. Communication Skills: Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to convey complex information clearly and professionally.
4. Organizational Skills: Exceptional organizational and multitasking abilities, with acute attention to detail.
5. Real Estate Knowledge: Comprehensive understanding of real estate transactions, including contract and closing processes, as well as legal and regulatory requirements.
6. Technology Proficiency: Proficient in using real estate transaction management software, document management systems, and other relevant tools.
7. Problem-Solving: Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills, with the ability to remain calm and composed under pressure.
8. Customer Service: Excellent customer service skills, with a client-centric approach and the ability to build and maintain positive relationships with clients and stakeholders.
9. Time Management: Excellent time management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines consistently.
10. Ethics and Integrity: Demonstrates high ethical standards, maintains confidentiality, and acts with integrity in all interactions.
