I am seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Real Estate Virtual Assistant to join my team. As a Real Estate Virtual Assistant, you will provide crucial support in various aspects of our real estate business. Your primary responsibilities will include creating basic social media posts, managing weekly newsletters, transcribing and posting social media reels, conducting marketing activities, calling leads and booking appointments, and acting as a transaction coordinator. I am looking for a dedicated professional who is willing to grow with my company and stay updated with the latest AI tools and technologies.

Responsibilities:

Create engaging and visually appealing social media posts using Canva.
Prepare and manage weekly newsletters using Mailchimp to engage our audience.
Transcribe and post social media reels to maximize our online presence.
Develop and execute marketing strategies using SocialPilot to increase lead generation and brand visibility.
Make outbound calls to leads and potential clients, and book appointments using KVcore and Google Calendar
Act as a transaction coordinator, ensuring smooth and organized real estate transactions using Skyslope and a dedicated email address
Stay up-to-date with industry trends and tools, including AI-based technologies, and be open to learning new tools as they emerge.
Provide general administrative support, including email management, data entry, and file organization.
Communicate daily and keep on track with deadlines with Asana
Collaborate with the team to optimize processes and improve overall efficiency.
Maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information with professionalism.

Requirements:

Previous experience as a virtual assistant in the real estate industry is highly preferred.
Proficiency in using Canva, Mailchimp, SocialPilot, KVcore, Google, Asana and Skyslope is required.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
Strong organizational and time management abilities.
Attention to detail and accuracy in all tasks.
Self-motivated and able to work independently with minimal supervision.
Tech-savvy with the ability to quickly adapt to new software and tools.
Reliable high-speed internet connection, a back up generator for power and internet and a quiet workspace.
Availability during regular business hours (9am-5pm MST) with flexibility to accommodate occasional evening or weekend tasks.
