Looking for full-time, experienced real estate transaction coordinator with project management skills. You will
manage, plan, execute, follow up, monitor. These are the essentials.

TRANSACTION COORDINATOR REQUIREMENTS:
Must have real estate transaction coordination experience.
Must be able to work EST
Plus to have FlexMLS and Dotloop experience.
Plus to have Crexi experience
Plus to have TC experience in GA and SC
Plus to have SEO experience
Must be fluent in English and grammar

JOB DESCRIPTIONS:
Management of listings from start to finish
Cold Calling
Follow UPs
Lead generation and monitoring
Social media management
Manage/execute tasks
Proactive and takes initiatives
CRM Management
Daily lead tracker
Add FSBO leads
Skip trace
Circle Prospecting
Add leads to correct drip campaigns
Respond to lead messages in real-time
Facilitate lead requests and behavior in real-time
Generate property and market reports
Find FSBO data
Analyst and underwriting skills
Running comps
Data entry
All other assigned tasks

PROPERTY MANAGEMENT:
Book keeping
Responding to tenants
Working with Tenant Cloud
