Job Title: Transaction Coordinator
Location: Remote – FULL TIME TBD – PST
9am – 6pm PST (with 1 hour lunch)
If you thrive on managing transactions and ensuring seamless processes, we have the perfect opportunity for you! As a Real Estate Transaction Coordinator, you’ll be the driving force behind smooth and efficient operations, handling everything from contract preparations to closing coordination. If you’re proficient in document management, client communication, and timely follow-ups, we’d love for you to join us. Working with one of our amazing clients, you’d be helping streamline transaction processes, and would be an invaluable asset!
Collect and review all necessary documents and paperwork related to real estate transactions.
Coordinate with buyers, sellers, real estate agents, lenders, and other stakeholders to ensure smooth transactions.
Assist in the preparation and execution of purchase agreements, contracts, and other legal documents.
Ensure all required disclosures and contingencies are met and properly documented.
Track important deadlines, such as inspection periods, loan approvals, and closing dates.
Support the escrow process and ensure proper handling and disbursement of funds, including commissions.
Maintain detailed transaction files and records for future reference.

Proven 2+ years experience as a Transaction Coordinator.
Strong organizational and time management skills, with the ability to multitask and prioritize effectively.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with a proactive, customer-centric approach.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office/Google suite and other relevant software.
Reliable internet connection and home office setup conducive to remote work.
Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
Lifelong learner and naturally curious personality.
