Are you looking for an expert transaction coordinator to streamline your real estate operations? Look no further!

Key Responsibilities:
Property Listing Management:

Efficiently manage MLS property listings using FlexMLS, Zillow, , and Showing Time.
Optimize property details, schedule showings, and ensure accurate and timely updates to maximize market exposure.
Contract to Close Transactions:

Navigate the contract-to-close process with meticulous attention to detail.
Oversee every step from agreement execution to final closing, ensuring smooth and efficient transactions.
Social Media Graphics/Content:

Enhance your real estate brand with captivating graphics and content using Canva and Figma.
Create daily content including “Just Listed,” “Under Contract,” and “Closed” posts.
Detailed Responsibilities:
1. Listing Set Up and Management:

Prepare listing agreements and disclosures.
Input MLS listing information.
Schedule staging consultations.
Set up photography sessions.
Upload photos, videos, and virtual tours.
2. Contract to Close:

Coordinate communication between all parties involved.
Manage files and data entry to ensure accuracy.
Maintain compliance with broker requirements.
Send introductory emails to involved parties.
Handle document signatures electronically.
Schedule inspections and repairs.
Order home warranties.
Review title commitments for issues.
Prepare utility information for buyers.
Schedule closings and walkthroughs.
Provide CDA and wiring instructions.
Review and send settlement statements.
Manage CRM for organized file management.
3. Social Media Graphics/Content:

Create daily content and graphics to boost your online presence.
4. Team Financial Management (Splits):

Manage and track financial splits within the team.
Ensure accurate and timely processing of commissions and payments.
Maintain detailed records of transactions and financial agreements.
5. Team Communication:

Facilitate clear and effective communication within the team.
Schedule and coordinate team meetings and updates.
Provide regular status reports on ongoing transactions and listings.
6. Client Communication:

Serve as the primary point of contact for clients throughout the transaction process.
Provide regular updates and address any concerns promptly.
Ensure a positive and professional client experience from listing to closing.
