Real Estate Transaction Manager

Minimum of 2 years experience in the Real Estate Transaction Management is REQUIRED.

Work Hours: 40 Hours, Monday – Friday 9am-6pm Eastern Standard Time
A Transaction Manager with Zarghami Group will play an integral role in one of the most significant events in a person’s life: the purchase or sale of their home! The Transaction Manager is responsible for providing exceptional client and administrative support. This position interacts daily with existing clients, external vendors and partners, and a team of Realtors, as well as oversees and directs team support staff. The ideal candidate will demonstrate driven, self-motivated, versatile and resourceful traits with the desire to grow both personally and professionally.
Job Function and Responsibilities:
-Communicate with clients via phone and email daily
-Calculate contract deadlines
-Manage upwards of 50 pending files as the main point of contact for clients
-Provide a high level of customer service to current and potential clients, yielding a five star service rating
-Partner with external vendors to schedule and coordinate transaction related services (including, but not limited to: lenders, title companies, attorneys, inspectors, appraisers, surveyors, etc.)
-Consistently seek out opportunities for improvement and overall efficiency
-Maintain diligent notes on client accounts and transactions, along with ongoing database management
-Maintain files as directed by company policy and compliance
-Track business pipeline and company revenue

-Exceptional organizational skills, time-management and strong attention to detail
-Strong verbal and written communication skills
-Ability to work independently with little supervision
