We manage their CRM and Database that integrates to a “forever follow-up” Call Center so that no lead is lost, resulting in more closings for our Clients. Our clients are the top-performing Real Estate Agents in the United States and Canada!

We are looking for someone who:

Responsibilities may include:
**Data organization in Excel, google, and workdrive spreadsheets.
**Creating/generating market reports: homeowner report and buyer market report
**Skip tracing lead information
**Data scrubbing of agent’s leads, contacts, past clients, etc.
**Process marketing material requests such as listing marketing materials, direct mailers, Mailchimp campaigns, e-flyers, etc.
**Manage the agent’s CRM: including manually adding new leads, updating contact information, reviewing notes, moving deal stages, collaborating with our call center to prompt campaigns
**Research information on prospective agents

QUALIFICATIONS:
**Exceptional work ethic and detailed thinker
**Previous experience in transaction coordination/management
**General understanding and experience in lead generation and conversion – you must have an understanding of the deal stages
**Familiarity with marketing platforms such as Zillow, Showcase IDX, Mailchimp, KvCore, Canva, Listings to Leads, direct mailing platforms
**Deep understanding of the real estate transaction process from listings up to closing
**Proven track record of managing data and experience in working with virtual teams in different time zones
**Tech savvy and able to learn new programs quickly and able to troubleshoot common issues; proficiency in Zoho is a bonus
**Exceptional communication skills both verbal and written
**Self-starter with the ability to work independently
