Job Description

The daily duties of a transaction coordinator may vary depending on many factors. For instance, a transaction coordinator’s job duties may vary depending on transaction types, market size, and the number of parties involved in a transaction. Here are some common duties of a real estate coordinator:
• generating and updating property listings on multiple real estate websites
• creating escrow accounts
• scheduling and attending necessary inspections for the listing
• working with the person selling to ensure all inspectors can work freely on the property when needed
• managing repairs to ensure they happen on time and within budget
• facilitating communication between everyone involved so everyone is aware of the project’s progress
• ensuring that contractors are adhering to compliance standards
• ensuring completion of the necessary documents by their respective deadlines
• facilitating the closing process of the listing
• planning the post-close, follow-up appointments, and check-ins
• retrieving testimonials and reviews from both buyers and sellers to promote the business
• overseeing all administrative matters related to a real estate transaction
• ensuring real estate agents, their clients, and all relevant parties complete the paperwork
• ensuring all necessary documents, such as assessments, loans, and appraisals are duly signed
• scheduling inspections, repairs, and assessments for all necessary codes and ordinances to be met
• coordinating communication between sellers and buyers to facilitate quick and convenient transactions
• scheduling meetings and events that facilitate the closing process such as lunches and meetings at the listing
• recording and documenting client information into a customer management system and ensuring the submission of the right documents to the right channels

Job Requirements:
• At least 3 to 5 years of Transactions Coordinator experience in a Real Estate Company/Client
• Experienced in handling 80+ deals in the pipeline
• Excellent English Communication Skills
• You are self-motivated and feel empowered in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
