Real Estate VA

We are seeking highly motivated Real Estate VA’s to join our growing team!

As a Real Estate VA, you will be responsible for cold calling and qualifying prospective sellers within the U.S. This role requires a high level of comfort on the phones, as well as experience in real estate cold calling to U.S. homeowners. The ideal candidate will be fluent in English with minimal to no accent and have the ability to effectively build rapport and engage with homeowners.

For the right candidate, we will be offering a base salary as well as a generous bonus structure paid weekly and monthly as outlined below.
– Tier 1
Criteria: 7 to 9 qualified leads in a week
Bonus: $25 USD

– Tier 2
Criteria: 10+ leads in a week
Bonus: $50 USD

– Plus, a monthly bonus of $150 per deal closed that originates from a lead that you qualified.

Key Responsibilities:
– Make calls via a dialer to prospective sellers within the U.S.
– Follow a script to gather essential qualifying information.
– Correctly notate and disposition each call.
– Generate 7+ qualified leads per week.

Requirements:
– Computer (laptop or PC), headset, and reliable internet connection (ability to connect directly to the modem, no WiFi)
– Fluent in written/spoken English and easy to understand.
– 1+ years of experience in real estate cold calling OR 2+ years of experience in cold calling to the U.S.
– Comfortable on the phones and able to handle rejection and stay motivated.
– Ability to always maintain a positive and professional attitude.
– Highly driven and able to meet or exceed weekly/monthly metrics.
– Great attention to detail and active listening skills.
– Ability to follow a script while still sounding conversational (it is important to listen & connect with homeowners while following the script in order to not sound too scripted, adaptability and fluidity is key to achieving this)
– Willingness to learn and improve and comfortable receiving feedback on calls (all calls are monitored, recorded, and reviewed)
