Job Title: Remote Real Estate Virtual Assistant
Hours: 20-40 hours per week

I am a successful commercial real estate agency specializing in brokerage services, property management, and investment advisory. Our team is dedicated to delivering superior results for our clients, and I am seeking a highly organized and proactive Remote Real Estate Virtual Assistant to support one of our top-performing agents.

Position Overview:
As a Remote Real Estate Virtual Assistant, you will play a crucial role in assisting me with various administrative tasks and ensuring the efficient operation of their business. You will handle a wide range of responsibilities, including managing schedules, coordinating property showings, preparing marketing materials, conducting research and prospecting, and providing exceptional customer service to clients. Looking for someone who is self-motivated.

Primary Tasks:
Help improve existing processes through weekly Zoom meetings providing feedback.
Research property owners, obtain phone numbers, organize data, and input into CRM (Pipedrive).
Manage the agent’s calendar, schedule appointments, and coordinate property showings.
Provide general administrative support to optimize productivity and efficiency.
Handle email correspondence and respond to inquiries professionally and promptly.
Conduct outbound marketing of listings via email to contact database.
Assist in preparing and editing marketing materials, presentations, and property listings.
Coordinate with clients and vendors to facilitate transactions and ensure smooth communication.

Secondary Tasks:
Assist with transaction management, including preparing contracts, agreements, and other documentation.
Maintain accurate records of client interactions, property listings, and transactions.
Conduct research on industry trends, market analysis, and potential investment opportunities.
Manage LinkedIn Profile by creating commercial real estate content.

Qualifications:
Proficiency in English required; applicant will be responsible for speaking and emailing on behalf of the agent.
Previous experience in real estate as a personal assistant or administrative assistant (Preferred).
Excellent organizational and time management skills with a high level of attention to detail.
Proficiency in skip tracing techniques; applicants with existing subscriptions to skip tracing tools would be beneficial.
Experience with importing/exporting data input into CRM.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel) and real estate software such as LoopNet, CoStar, or MLS platforms (Not required but a bonus).
Strong written and verbal communication skills.
Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively in a fast-paced environment.
Proactive and self-motivated with the ability to work independently.
Knowledge of commercial real estate terminology, transactions, and processes is preferred but not required.
Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience in real estate, business, or a related field.
Must have High-speed internet
