We are currently seeking an ambitious full-time cold caller to join our team at Bird Rock Properties our business focuses specifically on purchasing vacant land throughout the United States, and we are keen to expand our team with a highly motivated individual with proven cold-calling sales experience.
Your primary responsibilities will involve making an average of 800 calls per day, a number set to increase in the future. Alongside this, you will be tasked with following up with seller leads through text and email. This role requires you to be a versatile team player and a competent multitasker, as we are in the early stages of our startup journey.
We need you to have a profound understanding of the US land market. We will offer training, but your own drive to learn is essential. This will involve running comparables on land to effectively price our offers. Familiarity with the Mojo Dialing system and Xencall is necessary for this role.
This position is not for someone seeking a strictly defined schedule and set of responsibilities. We need someone who can make this role their top priority and who harbors a keen appetite for financial success. The soft skills we require are:

Technical skills required include:
1. A reliable, fast internet connection.
2. Availability for 4 hours per day (Monday-Friday ).
3. Experience managing leads in a CRM.
4. Familiarity with G Suite.
5. Proficiency in using county government websites for
property information sourcing.
6. Experience with Google Earth for property reviews.
7. Knowledge of Data Tree, Redfin, and Zillow for comping
properties.
8. Experience with Mojo Dialer and Xencall is a must
9. Any additional real estate knowledge is a significant
advantage.
The work schedule will be at least 20 hours per week, from Monday to Friday and Saturday if you would like extra hours with Sundays off. The pay package includes a base salary ranging from $7/hr to $11/hr, depending on experience. After three months, you will be eligible for a raise, potentially up to $14/hr. Commissions will also be paid for each deal that you assist in closing.
