You’ll take the lead by providing yourself with a list of properties (along with the inbound leads) for you to filter, compute, organize, communicate and close those deals. You’ll also market, negotiate and sell properties prior to a predetermined deadline.

It is the responsibility of this position to communicate in a timely fashion and ultimately negotiate the selling and buying of properties from the list that you generated, ensuring each transaction is smooth and successful.

Detailed Responsibilities

+ Inbound and outbound calls, basically reaching out to sellers/buyers and figuring out the type of deals they want to eventually have a segmented sellers list for better closing rates.
+ Doing property computations with the use of our real estate softwares.
+ Filtering and organizing the list of properties/deals computed and analyzed.
+ Leading or assisting in formulating marketing campaigns to increase sellers/buyers list.
+ Negotiate and close deals (approved by the CEO) with the sellers/buyers.
+ Communicate with sellers/buyers via email, call, text or Zoom.
+ Respond to all leads in a timely manner.
+ Constant Monitoring of all available properties along with their status in their sales processes and input notes to the CRM on a daily basis.
+ Manage and facilitate successful acquisition/disposition procedures.
+ Work with the CEO, utilize tools, softwares and analytics to guide pricing strategies to maximize profit opportunities.
+ Develop strong relationships with sellers/buyers for maximum and long-term revenue growth.
+ Take the lead in organizing procedures for seamless transactions.
+ Drive revenue growth for the company.
+ Work alongside brokers/realtors.
+ Provide reports on a weekly basis.

REQUIRED Technical Skills & Experience
———————————————————

To do this job, you’ll need:
+ Exceptional English communication skills (Little to no Filipino accent)
+ 1-year minimum experience as a Real Estate VA.
+ Understand ARV, comping rules, and different investment strategies (such as fix & flip, fix & hold, buyer financing, sub-to, wrapping, single family, and small and large Multifamily).
+ Experience in REI reply, being able to build out workflow, campaign, and customize the design to categorize buyers.
+ Experience in real estate inbound/outbound calling without using a script.
+ Experience in acquiring and selling properties.
+ Knowledge of preparation of each property deal
+ Familiarity working with CRM’s & Real Estate Softwares.
+ Strong sense of Initiative; looking a few steps ahead to anticipate problems and find solutions
+ A desire to stand out and grow with the company for the long-term
+ Ability to use communication and project management softwares like Slack & Monday,
+ Highly proficient analytical & technical skills allowing you to learn new things and be open to new tasks and responsibilities.
+ Results/goals orientated. Hitting KPIs.

+ This is a full-time position Mondays through Fridays 9 am – 5 pm EST
+ You’ll qualify for 4 vacation leaves and 4 sick leaves after a 6-month probation period.
