Are you a hardworking individual with a passion for real estate and marketing? We’re on the lookout for a dedicated professional to join our team and play a pivotal role in our real estate ventures. This is a full-time, long-term position that offers the opportunity to work alongside a seasoned Realtor® with over seven years of experience as a lender and investor.

Responsibilities:

As a Marketing Specialist, you will be instrumental in driving our real estate business forward. Your primary responsibilities will include:

Marketing Strategy: Develop and execute effective marketing strategies to promote real estate listings, services, and brand awareness.

Lead Generation: Implement innovative lead generation techniques to identify potential clients and opportunities in the real estate market.

Social Media Marketing: Manage and enhance our presence on various social media platforms, engaging with the audience and creating compelling content.

Video Editing: Create captivating video content to showcase properties, highlight success stories, and enhance our online presence.

Requirements:

We are looking for candidates who possess the following:

Passion for real estate and marketing.
English speaking ( B2 category )
Strong work ethic and a desire to help others succeed in their real estate endeavors.
Availability between 7 am and 7 pm MST (USA AZ time) for 8 hours of work, with flexibility to choose work hours within that timeframe.
Experience in marketing, lead generation, social media marketing, and video editing is beneficial but not mandatory.
Preferred Qualifications:

Associate’s degree or higher in Marketing, Business, or a related field.
Proven experience in real estate marketing or a related industry.
