Job Description:
Responsibilities:
Tenant Relations:
– Communicate with tenants to address inquiries, concerns, and maintenance requests promptly and professionally.
– Coordinate property showings, lease signings, and move-in/move-out processes.
Contractor Coordination:
– Liaise with contractors and vendors for property maintenance, repairs, and renovations.
– Schedule and oversee routine property inspections and ensure compliance with maintenance standards.
Administrative Tasks:
– Manage and maintain accurate records of property-related documentation, leases, and agreements.
– Coordinate calls, emails, and correspondence between stakeholders, including tenants, contractors, and property owners.
Leasing and Vacancy Management:
– Actively market and advertise available properties to attract prospective tenants.
– Conduct screenings and background checks for potential tenants, finalize lease agreements, and facilitate move-in processes.
Financial Management:
– Assist in rent collection, invoicing, and maintaining financial records for properties.
– Collaborate with accounting departments to ensure accuracy in financial transactions.
Property Performance Analysis:
– Compile and analyze property performance reports, identifying areas for improvement and implementing strategic solutions.
Qualifications:
– Proven experience in property management or related fields.
– Strong organizational and multitasking abilities with exceptional attention to detail.
– Excellent communication and interpersonal skills for effective tenant and stakeholder interactions.
– Proficiency in property management software and Microsoft Office Suite.
– Understanding of local property laws, regulations, and leasing practices.
– Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
Education:
– Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Real Estate Management, or a related field preferred.
