Responsibilities:
Engage in effective and articulate communication with clients, colleagues, and potential leads, showcasing strong speaking skills and the ability to convey information clearly and professionally.
Demonstrate critical thinking skills to analyze complex real estate data, market trends, and legal documents, assisting Realtors in making informed decisions.
Pay meticulous attention to detail while managing paperwork, contracts, and other essential documents to ensure accuracy and compliance.
Support our ISAs by conducting outbound calls to follow up on leads, schedule appointments, coordinate showings, and provide exceptional customer service to clients.
Leverage your real estate background to assist with market research, property listings, comparative market analysis, and other relevant tasks.
Requirements:
Proven experience as a Virtual Assistant or in a similar administrative role, preferably within the real estate industry.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to convey complex information in a clear and concise manner.
Strong critical thinking and problem-solving abilities to navigate through real estate challenges effectively.
Impeccable attention to detail, ensuring accuracy and completeness in all tasks and documentation.
Proficient computer skills, including the use of various software applications, Follow up Boss Expert, CRMs, and MLS platforms.
Outstanding customer service skills, with the ability to build rapport and maintain professional relationships with clients.
Availability to work remotely and adapt to flexible working hours as needed.
