Position Overview:
We are looking for an enthusiastic and seasoned Virtual Assistant with a strong background in real estate, particularly in cold calling, lead generation, and CRM management. Key Responsibilities:

Cold Calling:
Conduct cold calls to potential leads and clients to generate new business opportunities.
Effectively communicate our value proposition and services to prospective clients.
Schedule appointments and follow-up calls for our sales team.
Maintain detailed records of calls and outcomes.

Lead Generation:
Utilize various tools and platforms to identify and qualify new leads.
Develop and implement lead generation strategies to attract potential buyers and sellers.
Monitor and analyse market trends to identify new opportunities.
Collaborate with the sales team to optimize lead conversion processes.

CRM Management:
Manage and update the CRM system to ensure accurate and up-to-date client information.
Track and analyse CRM data to provide insights and recommendations for improving client engagement and sales processes.
Ensure seamless integration of CRM with other marketing and sales tools.
Train and support team members in using the CRM effectively.
Qualifications:

Proven experience as a Virtual Assistant in the real estate industry, specifically in cold calling, lead generation, and CRM management.
Exceptional communication skills, both verbal and written.
Proficiency in using CRM systems and lead generation tools.
Strong organizational and time management skills.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
High level of attention to detail and accuracy.
