We are looking for an organized virtual real estate assistant to support our real estate team. The real estate assistant’s responsibilities include preparing and distributing marketing materials, managing team calendars and appointments, coordinating follow-up with clients, managing our client database including researching prospect contact and social media information, documentation, and reports.

To be successful as a real estate assistant you should be highly organized and socially confident. An outstanding real estate assistant should be able to keep the team running smoothly and enable the sales agents to perform efficiently.

Real Estate Assistant Responsibilities:
****Preparing listing materials and posting property listings****
****Managing multiple team social media accounts****
****Managing a client database and preparing reports.****
Preparing correspondence, scheduling meetings, and making other arrangements.
Preparing real estate forms and documents as necessary
Ordering supplies, preparing and distributing marketing materials.
Maintaining electronic and paper filing systems
Performing other duties as assigned.

Real Estate Assistant Requirements:
****Must know Canva, and have some experience with social media management****
Previous experience in the real estate industry is beneficial.
KNowledge of Salesforce marketing platform is beneficial.
Good communication skills, both verbal and written.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office and Google Productivity tools
Able to work independently and as part of a team.
Strong numeracy and organizational skills.
Critical thinking and problem-solving skills.
Strong attention to detail.

Marketing Management
Creation and implementation of On-Going marketing campaigns
Coordinate print marketing initiatives
Farming Mailers
Just listing/just sold postcards
Other
Implement Social Marketing Initiatives
Tweet, Post & Pin
Maintain blog and update website (if applicable)
Maintain Linkedin Profile
Check and respond to social media messages
Add all prospects/clients on Facebook and invite them to like business page (if applicable)
All Social Media posts related to real estate will have Agent tagged & his approval
Create & design social media campaigns & posts for Agent’s personal & business Facebook & Instagram pages
