Job Description:
As a Real Estate Va concierge, you will be responsible for managing inbound and outbound sales activities, qualifying leads, and setting appointments for our real estate agents. You will play a key role in the growth and success of our sales team by ensuring a steady flow of qualified prospects.
Key Responsibilities:
Lead Generation and Qualification:
Qualify leads based on predefined criteria and nurture them through the sales pipeline.
Schedule appointments for real estate agents with qualified leads.
Client Relationship Management:
Build and maintain strong relationships with potential clients through regular follow-up.
Provide exceptional customer service and address client inquiries promptly and professionally.
Keep detailed records of client interactions and update the CRM system accordingly.
Sales Support:
Collaborate with real estate agents to develop and implement effective sales strategies.
Provide agents with detailed information about qualified leads and their specific needs.
Assist in the preparation of sales presentations and materials.
Market Research and Analysis:
Conduct research on local real estate market trends and competitor activities.
Prepare reports and summaries to support sales efforts and decision-making.
Stay informed about industry developments and new sales techniques.
Performance Tracking and Reporting:
Track and report on key performance metrics, including lead conversion rates and appointment outcomes.
Identify areas for improvement and implement strategies to enhance sales performance.
Participate in regular sales meetings and training sessions.
Qualifications:
Proven experience in sales, telemarketing, or a similar role, preferably in the real estate industry.
