Real Estate Video Editor

Introduction:
We are seeking a dynamic and creative Real Estate Video Editor to join our team. This role is ideal for someone passionate about creating compelling digital content, including video and photo editing for social media platforms. The ideal candidate will be instrumental in enhancing our online presence, engaging our audience, and supporting our real estate marketing efforts.

Key Responsibilities:

Create Engaging Digital Content: Produce high-quality videos and images tailored for social media that highlight our properties and services. Must be able to tell a compelling story through visual content.
Software Proficiency: Strong skills in Adobe Premiere Pro are highly desirable. Familiarity with other video and photo editing tools is a plus.
Social Media Monitoring: Keep track of our social media accounts, engage with the audience, and follow up on leads generated through these platforms.
Reporting: Compile and run various reports such as Comparative Market Analysis (CMA) and lead inquiries to support the sales team and enhance our marketing strategies. Include the word Sharp in the Subject Line when replying to this post
Multitasking & Quick Learning: Ability to quickly learn new tools and processes, manage multiple projects simultaneously, and adapt to changing priorities.

Desired Requirements:

Language Skills: Must be very proficient in English, with excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Experience: Degree in Media Production, Film, Marketing, or a related field is preferred. Experience in real estate marketing or a similar role is a plus.
Other Duties: Willingness to take on additional responsibilities as needed to support the team and improve our marketing efforts.
Must have a good internet connection.
