Real Estate Video Editor

My name is Greg, I’m the head of social media for DV Property International. We’re a wealth management company that has been around since 1999 with 80 offices globally and now expanding our Dubai Real Estate team.

We’re very open to purchasing additional training courses for you to speed up your development and skillset, while always promoting in-house so there will be ample opportunities as we scale the real estate social media and video editing team further.

THE ROLE:

You will be editing videos for our properties, podcast, YouTube channels, and social media. The edits do not need to be super complex, and we have given you full training briefs and guidelines, they’re reasonably simple for anyone with video editing experience.

For now, you will report directly to me and will be provided with the assets to make the videos such as voiceovers, images, videos etc (depending on the type of video).

You’ll be editing:

– Reels
– Podcasts
– Property tours
– Social media ads
– Social media content
– YouTube Videos

Future roles: As we’re growing the video editing team they will be management roles available, as we have multiple agents and social channels.

EXPERIENCE & SKILLS:

– 2-year minimum video editing
– Have experience using professional video editing software (Adobe Premiere Pro whatever your platform of choice is)
– Have edited YouTube videos and reels before
– Can turn our long-form videos into short-form content (reels/shorts)
– Can follow instructions whilst also being creative (we don’t want robots)
– A team player as there is a team working together for each part and everyone’s role makes the others easier

PAY & HOURS:

Days: Monday to Friday

Hours: 8 hours a day (can be flexible on timings but must do all 8 hours)

Pay: $800 per month (this is set and non-negotiable so if you’re not happy with it, please don’t apply)
