Job Ad: Real Estate Video Editor (Part-Time)

Position: Real Estate Video Editor (Part-Time, On Call Monday to Friday)
Location: Office is located in Toronto ON – Remote Work Optional
Responsibilities:
Edit video footage and audio files to create cohesive, visually appealing videos.
Select appropriate music and add special effects to enhance video content.
Organize video and audio files for efficient editing workflow.
Color correct and grade video footage to ensure high-quality output.
Create motion graphics, titles, and other visual effects as needed.
Use Adobe editing software (e.g., Premiere Pro, After Effects) to assemble projects.
Collaborate closely with videographers and other editors to achieve project objectives.

Requirements:
Proven experience in video editing, specifically in real estate or similar industry.
Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite, particularly Premiere Pro and After Effects.
Strong attention to detail and ability to work independently and efficiently.
Excellent communication skills and ability to collaborate effectively in a team environment.
Creative mindset with a passion for storytelling through video.

Additional Information:
Part-time position with flexible on-call hours, Monday to Friday.
