OVERVIEW:
We are seeking a talented and creative Video Editor to join our team and support our real estate clients in creating engaging and visually captivating social media reels. As a Video Editor, you will be responsible for transforming raw footage into polished videos that effectively showcase properties and attract potential buyers. This role offers an exciting opportunity to work in a fast-paced environment and contribute to the success of our clients’ marketing efforts.
TASKS:
-Edit and assemble raw video content, incorporating transitions, effects, music, and graphics to create compelling social media reels.
-Ensure videos are optimized for various social media platforms, adhering to their specific guidelines and best practices.
-Maintain a consistent brand identity and visual style across all videos.
-Incorporate feedback from clients and make necessary revisions to achieve the desired outcome.
-Stay up to date with the latest trends and techniques in video editing, constantly striving to improve the quality and impact of our videos.
REQUIREMENTS:
-Speak and write in fluent English
-Proven experience as a Video Editor, preferably in a real estate or marketing context.
-Proficiency in video editing software such as Adobe Premiere Pro, Final Cut Pro, or similar tools.
-A strong portfolio demonstrating your video editing skills, with a focus on social media content.
-Excellent understanding of video editing principles, including timing, pacing, and storytelling.
-Familiarity with social media platforms and their video requirements, including aspect ratios, durations, and file formats.
-Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects simultaneously, meeting tight deadlines. (Typically a 24hr deadline)
-Strong communication skills and the ability to collaborate effectively with team members.
-Attention to detail and a keen eye for aesthetics, ensuring high-quality output.
-Knowledge of real estate industry terminology and trends is a plus.

-Full training of each task
HOURS: Part time/Full time / 20+ hrs/week
We will need videos edited almost everyday but the volume will vary
RATE: Rate will be discussed in the interview process and will be paid per video edit. Please include desired video rate in your response.
