Job Overview:
We are seeking a skilled Virtual Assistant for a remote, full-time position, offering CST overlap flexibility. Ideal candidates thrive in dynamic environments and are dedicated to delivering high-quality work in social media management, basic graphic design, and backend reporting.
Key Responsibilities:
Manage and optimize social media content creation, scheduling, and analytics across diverse platforms.
Create basic graphic materials adhering to brand guidelines using provided templates.
Design and execute email campaigns.
Generate and analyze backend reports to support strategic decision-making.
Handle administrative duties including scheduling and email management.
Ensure timely task completion in a remote work environment.
Qualifications:
Proven experience as a Virtual Assistant, Marketing Assistant, or similar role in a remote setting.
Strong proficiency in social media management and basic graphic design.
Expertise in Google Workspace, social media schedulers, and graphic design tools.
Exceptional organizational and time management abilities.
Self-motivated with the ability to work independently.
Excellent written English and strong attention to detail.
Problem-solving skills with the capacity to work CST overlap hours.
Video editing skills are advantageous.
Real estate experience is a plus.
