Job Description

**Position Overview:**
As a Real Estate Virtual Assistant, you will play a vital role in assisting me with my daily administrative tasks. Your responsibilities will include setting up sales funnels, creating landing pages, managing social media posts, website maintenance, CRM management, and ensuring our contact database is up to date. You will also help in gathering missing information and implementing follow-up plans to nurture leads and clients. Position will start off as part time, but has the potential to move to full time.

**Key Responsibilities:**

1. **Sales Funnel and Landing Page Setup:**
– Create and manage sales funnels to capture leads effectively.
– Develop eye-catching landing pages for property listings and lead generation.

2. **Social Media Management:**
– Regularly post relevant content on various social media platforms.
– Monitor engagement and respond to inquiries and comments.

3. **Website Maintenance:**
– Keep the company website up to date with the latest property listings, blog posts, and other relevant information.
– Ensure a user-friendly and visually appealing website design.

4. **CRM Management:**
– Clean up and organize the CRM database by removing duplicates and outdated information.
– Gather missing information about leads and clients to enhance the database’s completeness.

5. **Lead Management:**
– Add new contacts to the CRM system and segment them appropriately.
– Implement follow-up plans and schedule reminders for agent-client interactions.

**Qualifications:**

– Previous experience in real estate or administrative support is preferred but not mandatory.
– Proficiency in CRM systems, experience in KW Command, Mashore Method, or GoHighLevel preferred but not mandatory.
– Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
– Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
– Ability to work independently and manage time efficiently.
– Tech-savvy with a passion for staying up-to-date with the latest real estate technology trends.
– High level of professionalism and dedication to maintaining confidentiality.
