Job Description

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Real Estate Virtual Assistant to join our dynamic team. As a Real Estate Virtual Assistant, you will be responsible for providing administrative support to our busy real estate team. The ideal candidate should have a minimum of 2 years of experience working under a high-producing realtor and possess excellent organizational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to multitask effectively. This is a remote position, and the successful candidate will work virtually from their home office.
Responsibilities:
* Provide administrative support to the real estate team, including managing calendars, scheduling appointments, and organizing meetings.
* Assist with property research, including conducting market analysis and gathering property information from MLS (Multiple Listing Service).
* Prepare and organize documents for real estate transactions, ensuring accuracy and completeness.
* Coordinate and communicate with clients, lenders, attorneys, and other parties involved in real estate transactions.
* Manage email and phone correspondence, responding promptly to inquiries and maintaining a high level of professionalism.
* Assist in managing and updating property listings on various online platforms and MLS systems.
* Process and track real estate transactions, including coordinating paperwork, managing deadlines, and ensuring compliance with relevant regulations.
* Collaborate with the team to develop and implement marketing strategies to promote properties and attract potential buyers.
Requirements:
* Minimum of 2 years of experience working as a Real Estate Assistant under a high-producing realtor.
* Strong motivation and eagerness to learn and grow in the real estate industry.
* Excellent organizational skills with the ability to prioritize tasks and manage time effectively.
* Attention to detail and commitment to producing accurate and high-quality work.
* Quick response time and ability to handle multiple tasks simultaneously.
* Proficient in working with real estate tools and software such as DocuSign and MLS (Multiple Listing Service).
* Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
* Reliable high-speed internet connection and a suitable home office setup.
