Job Description

I am a growing real estate agent and am in search of a highly motivated and skilled Virtual Assistant to join my team full-time. The ideal candidate will be responsible for engaging with my database to revive old leads and respond to new leads, with the ultimate goal of converting leads into clients. You will play a crucial role in my growth by updating our CRM systems, specifically KVcore and Mashore Method, ensuring all interactions and transactions are recorded accurately. Your ability to get comfortable with technology and excel in communication will be key to our mutual success.

Responsibilities:
Lead Management: Actively call my database to re-engage old leads and promptly respond to new leads. Develop a rapport and follow up regularly to nurture relationships.
CRM Management: Efficiently manage and update leads, contacts, and transactions in our CRM systems KVcore and eventually Mashore Method. Ensure data accuracy and provide timely reports on lead status.
Client Conversion: Utilize your strong communication skills to convert leads into clients by understanding their needs and demonstrating how our services can meet those needs.
Administrative Support: Assist with scheduling appointments, managing email correspondence, and performing other administrative tasks to support the team.
Continuous Learning: Stay updated on real estate trends and CRM functionalities to improve lead management and conversion processes.

Added bonus if able to edit videos, create thumbnails and split videos into shorts.

Requirements:
Fluent in English with excellent verbal and written communication skills.
Experience in real estate or a similar role is preferred.
Proficient in using CRM software, preferably KVcore and learning the Mashore Method.
Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
High-speed internet connection and a suitable home office setup.
Willingness to learn and adapt to new technologies and methodologies.

Not required but if experienced in video editing (adding b-roll to replace my green screen) and make it compelling. This will bring a higher pay then listed in the ad.
