Title: Real Estate Virtual Assistant
We are looking for a Real Estate Investment Virtual Assistant to help scale and operate our land investing business and provide support to our team. This is a long-term position with our wonderful team. Please apply with the instructions below.
About the Business: We are a property investment company that buys rural land in the U.S. at below market prices and then sells our inventory at market value as quickly as possible. We are focused on great organization, attention to detail and due diligence on leads we gather from our marketing efforts. We’ve been successfully doing business for 2.5 years and are continuing to grow.
Working Hours:
– Full time
– 2am – 10am Mountain Time U.S Time Zone starting; hours subject to adjustment
– Monday – Friday
Compensation: $480 – $680 USD / month starting – depending on background & experience
**Potential for performance based raises as things progress every few months
Job roles and responsibilities will include:
– Perform Due Diligence on properties that enter our pipeline
– Process, scrub and manipulate datasets following our marketing processes
– Post properties for sale online
– Working along-side a current, long term employee doing this same role
Job Qualifications:
– Extremely Attentive to detail, excellent at time management and organizational skills
– Excellent ability to follow documented processes
– Fluent English speaking, writing, video call (for team meetings), email & instant messaging abilities
– Resilient – Can work with low supervision & adapt to a fast-paced environment
– Flexible – Willing to take varying loads of work responsibility as the business needs them
– It is required that this is the only job the individual is doing Monday – Friday if hired for the entirety of the engagement to protect our quality of work.
Technical Requirements:
– Your own laptop/desktop PC with the following minimum specs: i5 7th gen and above/AMD equivalent; 8GB RAM, or M1 Mac or newer; Firefox, Chrome or Brave installed
– A consistent and stable high speed internet connection of at least 30 Mbps (ability to do an HD video call while also screen sharing in real time & download & upload large image files required)
– A quiet and dedicated workspace without distractions
