We are looking for a highly organized, proactive, and tech-savvy Virtual Assistant to support our real estate agent in managing day-to-day operations, allowing them to focus on client relations and sales.
Job Description:
As a Virtual Assistant for our real estate company, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the smooth operation of our business. Your primary responsibility will be to assist with administrative tasks, client communications, and various real estate-related activities. You must be self-motivated, detail-oriented, and capable of managing multiple tasks efficiently.
Key Responsibilities:
Administrative Support:
Manage calendars, schedule appointments, and organize meetings.
Handle email correspondence, filter important communications, and draft responses.
Maintain and update client databases and CRM systems.
Client Relations:
Schedule and confirm property showings, inspections, and other client-related appointments.
Follow up with internet leads and add them into our calendar for potential calls
Marketing and Social Media:
Assist in creating, scheduling, and managing social media content across various platforms (Facebook, Instagram,youtube reels & tiktok).
Design premade templates for Holidays, Under contracts posts & other special events.
Message our social media friends lists to like our business page
Create and upload video content to our social media. (Videos must be approved for the first couple of weeks)
Listing Printing and preparation:
Once we have a new listing coordinate with a local printing shop to print out our listing materials.
Qualifications:
Proven experience as a Virtual Assistant or in a relevant administrative role.
Strong understanding of the real estate industry and transaction processes.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and Google Workspace.
Experience with CRM software and real estate platforms (e.g., MLS).
Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
Ability to work independently and manage time effectively.
Familiarity with social media platforms and basic
Bonus Qualifications to stand out
Cold Calling experience is a bonus & additional income can be made per successful closing of files.
Circle prospect and call neighbors to potentially sell their homes with us or to us.
Use true people search & must know how to find sellers information (Information will not be provided but we will show you how to do this.
