Job Summary:
We’re seeking a detail-oriented and organized Real Estate Virtual Assistant to join our team. As our REVA, you’ll play a crucial role in managing our CRM, handling property transactions, assisting with social media marketing, and interacting with clients. If you’re passionate about real estate and eager to make an impact, we want to hear from you!

Key Responsibilities:
CRM Management: Set up and maintain our CRM, ensuring accurate and up-to-date information.
Transaction Coordination: Handle tasks related to property transactions, ensuring compliance and timely completion.
Social Media Marketing: Assist in generating leads through social media, creating engaging posts, and managing our online presence.
Client Communication: Provide excellent customer service, responding to client inquiries and maintaining positive relationships.
Graphic Design & Video Editing: Create visually appealing marketing materials and edit videos for property listings and promotions.
Administrative Support: Assist with general administrative tasks, including scheduling meetings and organizing files.
Research: Conduct market research to support business decisions.

Qualifications:
Minimum of 2+ years of experience as a Real Estate Virtual Assistant.
Proficiency in using CRM software, preferably .
Strong organizational and time management skills.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Basic graphic design and video editing skills (e.g., Canva, Adobe Suite).
Familiarity with social media platforms and marketing strategies.

Preferred Qualifications:
Previous experience in the real estate industry.
Knowledge of real estate transaction processes.
Familiarity with the Los Angeles real estate market is required.

Availability: Works during PST hours: 7 AM – 4 PM PST
