The Role
• You will be the backbone of our operations, playing a pivotal role in ensuring our buyer’s agents are equipped with the necessary information to provide exceptional service to our clients.
• This role is designed for someone who thrives and values the flexibility of working in a dynamic, digital environment, and possesses a keen eye for detail, strong research skills, and exceptional organisational capabilities.
• You will work with multiple Buyers Agents helping them update property information, gather data, assess property opportunities and more

Key Responsibilities

Research and Reporting:
• Conduct thorough online research on properties and suburbs.
• Compile detailed property and suburb research reports for clients, ensuring accuracy and relevance from our internal database and external tools.
• Stay updated with market trends and relevant Australian property news.

Real Estate Agent Communication:
• Identify and maintain a database of contact details for real estate agents.
• Initiate and maintain communication with agents to gather specific property information as required.
• Organising Inspections with agents.

General Administrative Duties:
• New client onboarding – generate client contracts and invoices.
• Ensure all client contracts, and reports are filed and organised efficiently.
• Post Purchase Admin – emails between agents and clients when a property is purchased and in settlement period.
• Create Marketing material (brochures, emails, social media etc.)

About You
• Strong proficiency in Excel, Word and Canva
• Exceptional attention to detail
• Strong written and verbal communication skills in English
• Proven experience in research and data gathering from online sources
• Ability to multi-task and manage multiple clients concurrently
• Team player that understands the big picture
• Proactive, driven, and confident
• Organised and efficient
• A degree in Marketing or Business, or a related field is preferred but not mandatory
