Job Description

Provide Administrative, Marketing, and Client Care support in her ongoing efforts to develop new business and maintain current client relationships.

Listing Appointments:

-Prepare Appointment Package

Listings:

-Manage Listing Checklist

-Manage/coordinate appointments (photography, inspection, appraisal etc)

-Attend appointments as requested

-MLS entry

-Prepare & manage listing documents

-Prepare weekly showing feedback reports

-Maintain flyer inventory

-Prepare marketing materials

-Prepare Just Listed and Just Sold Postcards

-Prepare closing gift

-Prepare Open House (OH) package

-Follow up with OH contacts

Buyers:

-Prepare New Buyer Packet

-Manage Buyer Checklist

-Prepare Tour Packages

-Create automatic listing alert profiles

-Set Showing Appointments

-Prepare Comps/CMA’s

-Follow up after showings to get feedback

-Prepare offer documents

-Prepare Just Sold Postcards

-Prepare closing gift

-File OPRA request

Marketing:

-Manage marketing mailings

-Manage Just Listed/Just Sold postcards

-Drafting, preparing and mailing Farming letters

-Creating & managing community programs such as the summer reading program, community garage events etc

-Research and order promotional items

-Design marketing pieces

-Automation using Zappier, Manychat etc

-Manage and execute against content plan

-Edit videos

PARTNERSHIPS

-Prepare referral sheets

-Provide status update to referral partners

-Coordinate calendar/meeting with partners

-Develop partnerships with other business owners

CRM

-Add contacts to CRM tool & rank

-Prepare monthly newsletter content

Client Care:

-Respond to clients inquiries

-Prepare birthday cards, anniversary, home anniversary, referral cards/gifts

-Add clients to VIP plan (Client Giant & Reminder Media magazine)

-Address personal notes from CRM

-Prepare Pop-bys

-Assist with Client Parties 1/Qtr.

Social Media/Internet:

-Handle website/online leads

-Cover for Tez when on vacation or at conferences/training.

-Be a raving fan of Tez Roro’s practice and embrace the “working by referral”

system

Requirements:-
-Must have US real estate experience
-Proactive & self-starter
-Excellent English comprehension, speaking and writing
-Detail oriented
-Being able to work autonomously with minimal direction
-Experience with CANVA, and creating social media digital content
-Blog writing, newspaper design
-Experience with MLS and CMA
-Seek improvement of existing procedures and systems
-Resourceful and willing to learn
