As a Real Estate Virtual Assistant, you will play a crucial role in supporting the Buyers Agent by efficiently managing the administrative and workflow support side of things. This role requires a high level of organization, excellent communication skills, and the ability to handle diverse responsibilities in a remote work environment.
Conduct market research and generate reports:
– Conduct property research and Due Diligence to various websites based on client brief
– This includes making phone calls to professionals
Calendar Management:
– Set up virtual meetings, organize & manage schedules, appointments, and meetings.
– Take meeting minutes and follow up on action items.
Email and Communication:
-Handle client communications via email and phone
– Monitor and respond to emails
– Draft and send emails on behalf of the Buyers Agent, maintaining professionalism and accuracy.
Task Organization:
– Manage to-do lists, prioritize tasks, and follow up on deadlines, making sure all key dates are met.
– Assist in project coordination and tracking.
Data Entry and Document Management:
– Perform data entry tasks and maintain organized filing system
– Prepare, edit, and proofread contracts and documents as needed.
Tech Savvy:
– Proficiently use various virtual communication and collaboration tools. (Microsoft Office Tools, Go High Level CRM)
– Adapt quickly to new technologies and platforms.
Qualifications:
– Proven experience as a Virtual Assistant or in a similar administrative role (Experience in customer service, sales, or real estate is a plus)
– Excellent organisational and time-management skills.
– Strong written and verbal communication skills (Comfortable making phone calls and speaking with professionals)
– Tech-savvy with proficiency in using virtual collaboration tools.
– Ability to work independently and efficiently in a remote work environment.
– Attention to detail
– Keen to learn new skills, adapt to a fast paced working environment
– Street smart, logical thinking
– Reliable internet connection and home office setup
