Our company is growing and we are in need of a Virtual Assistant to help with our acquisition team. Must be growth-minded, highly motivated, and results oriented. Since this is a Virtual Assistant position – you will be required to have the necessary tools for work such as a computer, good internet connection (25MBPS minimum), and a headset.
Most communication is done by email, phone, and skype/Zoom.
Responsibilities:
– Call potential sellers to gauge their motivation to sell, get property information and an asking price
– Build rapport with potential sellers
– Submit leads into a CRM and fill in all lead sheet details
– Give rundown of property details in comments
– Complete property due diligence
– Make consistent follow up calls to potential sellers and continue to work leads on a daily basis
– Quick to reply to potential sellers and team members
– Create new seller lead/marketing campaigns
– Pull lists and skip trace lists
– Manage data and research projects
– Send KPIs and call recordings on end-of-day (EOD) email
Qualifications:
– No Experience Needed – Will Train. Mostly needs to be good with people, confident in negotiation abilities, quick to respond and works with urgency.
– Ability to build rapport with clients
– Excellent written and verbal communication skills
– Punctual and very responsive to the team for status updates
– Organizes and updates Podio CRM on a daily basis
– *Manufactured Home Experience a plus
– *Podio Management Experience a plus
Job Type: Full-time
Pay:
Pay between $3-$5 per hour depending on skill and experience at 40 hours a week. This position is hourly and is paid bi-weekly.
Work Schedule:
Must be available to work during normal business hours Monday through Friday CST.
Weekends may be requested.
