US-based Real Estate Company is looking for “Cold Callers” who can advance to “Lead Manager” in 3-6 months.

This is a direct-hire employment position.
Prefer Newbies and Fresh Graduates
Start with $3/hr (We normally raise wages after the first few months if you are qualified.)
Commission: on every closing deal you generate
Payment Frequency: you will be paid on the 1st and 15th of each month
Payment Method: Wise
Total of 20 hours paid training (Training is paid $2/hour. You will receive your training payment after 1 month of working with us. No paid training will be provided if the employer or employee ends the working relationship before the end of the first full month)
This is a full-time position(Monday-Friday: 11AM to 8PM EST, 3-4PM is break Time)
This is a position in which you can grow to earn much more money (2000K/mo easily) 1 year later.
Basic Required Traits:
-Candidate must be able to Cold Call at least 7 hours daily. Semi-flexible work hours, with a strong preference for candidates who are available on Saturdays.
-Candidate has to enjoy communicating with people by phone, have a natural care for people going through hard times, be sensitive to other people’s needs, and have a scrupulous personality
-Candidate must be respectful, easygoing, willing to learn/improve/grow always and be able to listen to guidance from management.
-Candidates must have High Energy, a Positive Mindset, and be Self-motivated, Hardworking, and Highly Organized. Poor attitudes will not be tolerated.
Not everyone can do this job, but people who are motivated will find the position challenging and rewarding.
