Position: Real Estate Virtual Assistant
Hours: Approximately 20 hours per week (potential for full-time transition)
Salary: From $4.00 – $10.00 per hour, depending on skill level and performance

Company Overview:
Landing Collective is a dynamic Real Estate organization needing a talented Administrative Assistant to support our marketing efforts. As an administrative assistant, you will play a crucial role in maintaining smooth operations by managing various administrative tasks and supporting the operations team. This is a part-time position with the potential for a quick transition to full-time based on skill level and performance.

Responsibilities:
– Create and send marketing emails: As an Administrative Assistant, you will be responsible for creating engaging and persuasive marketing emails. You will work closely with the operations team to understand the target audience and craft compelling email campaigns that drive customer engagement and conversions.

– Email management: Efficiently manage incoming and outgoing emails, ensuring timely responses and proper organization of emails for easy retrieval. You will be responsible for maintaining a well-organized and up-to-date email system.

– Data/CRM management: Utilize our CRM software, Follow Up Boss, to manage and update customer data. You will be responsible for maintaining accurate and detailed customer records, tracking customer interactions, and ensuring data integrity. Familiarity with CRM systems is essential.

– Task management: Utilize our task management software, , to organize and track various tasks and projects. You will collaborate with team members to assign tasks, set deadlines, and ensure timely completion of projects.

– Social media marketing: Support the marketing team in managing social media platforms. This includes creating and scheduling social media posts, monitoring engagement and analytics, and implementing social media marketing strategies to increase brand awareness and drive traffic.

– Click funnel experience: Assist in creating and managing click funnels, optimizing the user journey, and driving conversions. Familiarity with click funnel software and experience in designing effective funnels is desirable.

Requirements:
– Proven experience as an Administrative Assistant or in a similar role.
– Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
– Strong organizational and time management skills.
– Proficiency in email management and marketing.
– Familiarity with CRM systems (experience with Follow Up Boss is a plus).
– Experience with task management software (experience with is a plus).
– Knowledge of social media platforms and some experience with social media marketing.
– Experience with click funnel software is desirable.
– Ability to prioritize tasks effectively.
– Attention to detail and accuracy.
