Position Overview:?I’m seeking a dynamic and experienced Real Estate Assistant to join our team. As my Real Estate Assistant, you will play a crucial role in enhancing the efficiency of our operations, strengthening our brand, generating leads, managing our CRM (using the Brivity Platform), maintaining a strong social media presence, assisting with farming activities, overseeing transaction management, and ensuring accurate bookkeeping.
Responsibilities:
* Brand Enhancement: Collaborate on branding initiatives to maintain a consistent and professional image across all platforms.
* Lead Generation: Identify and implement strategies to generate real estate leads and expand our client base.
* CRM Management: Proficiently manage and maintain our CRM system, utilizing the Brivity Platform for maximum efficiency.
* Social Media Management: Develop and execute social media strategies to increase our online presence and engage with potential clients.
* Farming: Assist in identifying and targeting specific neighborhoods or areas for marketing and lead generation.
* Transaction Management: Oversee the coordination of real estate transactions, ensuring smooth and efficient processes.
* Bookkeeping: Handle financial records and bookkeeping tasks with precision and attention to detail.
Qualifications:
* Proven experience in real estate, ideally with a background in real estate brokerage, investment, or property management.
* Proficiency in CRM management, specifically with the Brivity Platform.
* Strong social media management skills, including content creation and engagement.
* Graphic design skills are a plus.
* Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
* Self-motivated, resourceful, and capable of working independently.
* Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
* Willingness to learn and adapt to new technologies and strategies.
* Real estate licensure is a plus but not required.
