Job Summary:
We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced virtual assistant with a background in real estate, CRM, and property management. The ideal candidate should be proficient in providing administrative and operational support, managing client relationships, and coordinating various real estate tasks. The candidate must possess excellent communication skills and be well-versed in the English language.

Responsibilities:

Provide comprehensive administrative support to real estate professionals, including handling emails, phone calls, and scheduling appointments.
Manage client communications, ensuring timely and effective responses to inquiries and concerns.
Coordinate and maintain property listings across multiple platforms, ensuring accuracy and up-to-date information.
Utilize CRM software to manage client databases, update records, and track interactions.
Assist in preparing and processing real estate documents, including contracts, agreements, and leases.
Conduct property research, market analysis, and assist in creating property reports as needed.
Coordinate property showings and open houses, managing schedules and ensuring a smooth process for potential buyers or renters.
Collaborate with the real estate team to ensure seamless communication and efficient workflow.
Perform other administrative and operational tasks as assigned by the management team.
Requirements:

Proven work experience as a virtual assistant in the real estate industry, with a strong understanding of property management and CRM systems.
Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, with a high level of proficiency in the English language.
Proficiency in using various CRM software, such as Salesforce, HubSpot, or other industry-specific CRM tools.
Strong organizational skills and attention to detail, with the ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively.
Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a remote setting, demonstrating self-motivation and strong initiative.
Familiarity with real estate terminology, regulations, and market trends.
Proactive problem-solving abilities and a customer-centric approach to handling client inquiries and concerns.
Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field is preferred, but not mandatory.
Time zone flexibility and availability for occasional after-hours or weekend work.
